Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough

This week’s blog is written to celebrate the artistry of Michael Jackson. It’s all here in Black or White, and promises to be a Thriller. We will one day look back and Remember the Time, but for now the King of Pop is Gone Too Soon. Its only Human Nature to feel sorrow for an Off the Wall artist such as MJ, however, he’ll continue to Heal the World with his music. Billie Jean and Dirty Diana cannot top our tribute to this Smooth Criminal, so don’t even try to Beat It!

Dangerous
Camden’s fourth tooth finally broke through last Thursday! He had been working on that one for some time. Unfortunately, that will make it much easier to chew on things he isn’t supposed to!!

You Are Not Alone
Also, last week we mixed up Camden’s routine slightly. Instead of Nana coming to stay with Camden 1 day per week, we’re now taking Camden to Nana’s house. This wasn’t much of a change, but it did require us to wake up Camden. He didn’t mind it at all. In fact, he enjoyed playing with Nana’s dogs and watching the fish in the aquarium. Baa Baa is still comes to stay with Camden 1 day a week as well. Camden enjoys spending this 1:1 time with Nana and Baa Baa throughout the week!!!

Wanna Be Startin’ Something
Camden also spent several days at the pool last week because of the heat. He still loves playing in the water. His car float took a turn for the worse…at least the top part. It doesn’t seem to hold air. So, Camden got a new Tug Boat for the pool. He even enjoyed sitting in it on the kitchen counter!! He got to use his new tug boat with Jill on Saturday. Jill came over to hang out with Camden while Mommy & Daddy went on the boat with the Thompson’s. It was hot, but we all got cooled off tubing!!

On Saturday night, we all met the Irwins at the Fishers Freedom Festival. It was still hot, but Camden enjoyed spending time with Allison and Kaitlyn. But after about an hour of riding in his stroller, Camden was ready to get back inside to cool off. He did have ice cream for the first time while at the Festival.

Camden also got some new hats this week! He is now ready for football season with his new Colts and Purdue hats. We also got him a surprise hat for his birthday party…coming up very soon! We cannot believe we’re entering the last month until he turns 1. Boy, time goes by fast!!!
