The Colts are on a roll, winning three games in a row!! They are in playoff contention talk, which was not even on the topics of discussion at the beginning of the season. They seem to be developing well, and their schedule has been pretty favorable. 1/2 of the season left, but things are looking bright for this young Colts team. Last week, Daddy went to the Colts complex for a luncheon for selected season ticket holders. He was treated to lunch from Abuelos and got to listen to several players and Colts personnel speak. Speaking were: GM Ryan Grigson, CB #25 Jerraud Powers, RB #33 Vick Ballard, and LB #50 Jerrell Freeman. It was a great afternoon with a lot of energy!!
Saturday was Mommy's birthday!! Camden and Daddy went shopping for Mommy's birthday on Friday night. Camden was able to pick out anything he wanted to get Mommy for her birthday from he and Bennett. So, Mommy got some new lip gloss, a new hair brush, a dish towel, a ceramic house Christmas decoration, a snow globe, some new gloves, and a Mickey Mouse balloon!! Interesting what a 4 year old can pick out!! Camden also helped Daddy make a birthday cake for Mommy. He insisted on pink icing, so we made it happen!! Bennett helped sing Happy Birthday as best as he could! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY!! WE LOVE YOU!!!
Also on Saturday, we had a surprise visit from the Keefer family!! It has been a long time since we all last got together. The Keefers hadn't met Bennett yet, and we still hadn't met Ellie yet. It was a great visit and we were able to catch up. Camden had a great time playing with Katie, Julie, and Ellie. Bennett, mostly, just hung out watching the chaos!! It was definitely great to see the Keefer family!!

Bennett seems to be getting bigger and bigger...at least his cheeks are!! Regularly, he has been sleeping in 4-5 hour stretches, mostly every 4. There have been a few 6 hour stretches every now and again, and last week he had a 7 hour stretch one night! He still has a temper when it comes to being hungry. And either we are getting older, or he seems to be louder than Camden at this age when not happy!! He has been looking around at more and more things, and contently likes to find the ceiling fan in the room and stare at it.
Camden is doing well adjusting to life with a little brother. It actually doesn't phase him much. He is too busy playing with toys (cars, legos, or coloring). He has been doing a lot of writing, coloring, cutting, gluing, and taping lately. He is getting pretty good at writing his capital letters. We just need to work on the lower-case letters now.
Last week, Uncle No (aka, Uncle Bryan) was in a bad car accident. He was on his way to work and slid through a stop sign and was hit. He is resting and recovering now! Camden wanted to make Uncle No a 'Get Well Card', and below is what he came up with. Thoughts and prayers to Uncle No on a speedy recovery!! Get Well Uncle No!!!
