Gaining Some Weight! And "Beach Time!"

We had Bennett's 2-Month check up last week...and as we figured, he had made some significant strides in the weight department.  He weighed in at 13 lbs. 6 oz.  This launched him into the 85th percentile in weight.  His height still was in the 35th percentile.  For comparison, Camden was 14 lbs, 10 oz. at his two month check-up and remained off the charts in percentile ranking for both weight and height.

Bennett had a good check up.  Dr. Champley confirmed what we had already assumed was an umbilical hernia.  We just have to monitor this for any pains from Bennett, but it should otherwise heal on its own.  Other than that, a healthy little 2 month old!!

Camden has been gearing up for the big Thanksgiving holiday at school making various crafts.  He is looking forward to watching the parade next week to see the Big Guy come to town!  He only has school 2 days next week and then will be on Thanksgiving break. 

On Sunday, Paw and Terry came up to visit the boys!  Camden was a real character during their visit, and Bennett enjoyed sleeping on Terry.  Since Camden spent just as much time in trouble as he did visiting, he had plenty of time in his room.  He came down dressed like the below picture and said, "I'm ready for the beach!!"  He proceeded to wear this the entire day on Sunday.  Paw and Terry just laughed!
