Elvis Has Left the Building!!

Mommy and Daddy left Camden for the first time this week when they went out to Vegas for a few days. As soon as we arrived in Vegas, the first thing we did was go to MGM to get a Fat Tuesday drink and play our favorite slot machines. Except where did they move the Wheel of Fortune machines? Where did the Elvis slots go? We asked one of the slot attendants and we were sad to learn that Elvis had literally left the building! Apparently, the company that leases the machines raised their prices and the MGM properties said NO! So, we had no Elvis, Wheel of Fortune, or Family Feud slot machines to play at our favorite corner in Las Vegas! We did, however, find Elvis at Planet Hollywood...and there were some Wheel of Fortune machines at Paris and PH as well. We did have a great time, but glad to be back with Camden!

While we were enjoying the warm weather in Vegas, Camden was enjoying his time with Baa Baa and Nana! They were kind enough to stay at our house while we were gone to keep Camden's routine in tact! Camden had a lot of fun, and apparently picked up a growling sound from Nana!! Nana said they were making different sounds and that one happened to stick. He is now growling...and it is very funny!! Baa Baa took Camden shopping and watched the kickoff to March Madness with a Boilermaker win against Northern Iowa. Mommy & Daddy were on the plane at the time, but Baa Baa ensured we had text'd updates for when we landed. Baa Baa was also very good at sending pics to keep Mommy & Daddy smiling while they were away. Nana got to take Camden to his buddy, Kirby's, birthday party on Saturday. They only stayed a short while because Camden needed a nap, but was glad he got to help celebrate Kirby's 1st Birthday! Thank you once again, Baa Baa and Nana!!!

Pictured below is one of the eateries in the New Indianapolis airport. Camden was very excited to have this establishment named after him when the new airport opened up in November. Mommy & Daddy got to see it first-hand on last Thursday.

Earlier in the week, Camden celebrated his 1st St. Patrick's Day. It was a beautiful day outside, and Camden spent a majority of the day outside. He got to hang out at Aunt Fer Fer's for the day, and enjoyed the sunshine!

Camden is excited that he and Daddy's beloved Boilermakers made the Sweet 16! They will need a great game to get past UCONN this week, but it could happen! Mommy is also excited Arizona made it to the Sweet 16. They will be playing in Indianapolis this week, so we'll see if we can arrange a trip to see the Wildcats while they are in town.

GO BOILERMAKERS!
GO WILDCATS!
