New Year...Same Playoff Result!

Let's get this out of the way first -- another Colts playoff loss!! We're used to them, right? No matter how many times it happens, it is still so disappointing. Daddy had to break the bad news to Camden this morning since he slept through the game. To say the least, Camden did not enjoy his first playoff experience. We'll just leave it at that and move on....





HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 2008 is gone and 2009 is here. Again, Camden slept through the ringing in of the new year. Derek & Cindy came over to hang out with Camden before he went to bed, and stayed to watch the ball drop in NYC. It was a pretty relaxed evening for us all.



Camden is doing much better with his eating. Don't get us wrong, he has always been an eater!! But, he has had to adjust to eating his cereal with a spoon. He now opens his mouth and understands what he is supposed to do. We bought some other foods this week -- such as peas, squash, green beans, carrots, & sweet potatoes. We wanted to try the veggies before giving him the sweet/good stuff like fruits! We're planning on starting some of the new veggies this week. We just need to find out how much to give to him and when!! Those instructions didn't come attached to Camden, so we'll have to ask.





Today, Camden got his 5 month pictures taken. It is hard to believe it has already been 5 months. He continues to take some great pictures, and we will have these posted next week when we pick them up. We're already planning his 6 month pictures!

Camden absolutely loves his jumperoo that he got for Christmas (see video above). He is a jumping fool in there!! He gets going so fast and then just smiles and laughs. He does, however, have some separation anxiety. If we happen to walk out of the room while he is in his jumper, he will start to scream. He even did it while at Aunt Fer Fer's on Tuesday. She walked away while he was on his activity center and he got so mad! He is entertaining and wants everyone to watch what he is doing. That's not so bad...right!?!?
