Day 2 of the 2019 Divisional Championships. Camden went 3 for 3 on podium appearances today!!! He was 2nd overall in his 100 Fly - taking 10 seconds off his previous best time. Then he finished 1st in his heat and 7th Place overall in the 50 Back - again taking about a second of his previous best. Finally his relay team finished 4th overall in the 200 Free Relay. We are really proud of this kid....he’s had an amazing swim weekend so far. 4 more to go tomorrow!! Great work C!
Day 3 (Final Day) of the 2019 Divisional Championships. Wow!! Camden made it a clean sweep this weekend getting on the podium in all events, with today being the most challenging day. He started off with the 100 Back - finished 1st in his heat, dropped 8 seconds off his time, and finished 6th overall. Next was his 50 Free where he worked his butt off to finish 8th overall even with his entry time being 13th best. His favorite event was his final individual event - 50 Fly. He dropped almost 2 seconds off his previous best and finished 3rd overall!! Finally, his 200 Medley Relay team finished 4th.
Camden had an amazing swim weekend finishing with personal bests on every one of his events and landing on the podium for each one. We are very proud of him!!!!
